Resolves claims of unpaid wages. Ensures that a child is not employed in an occupation or manner that is detrimental to the child's safety, health or well-being.

Assists noncustodial parents in overcoming substantial barriers to employment and career advancement while becoming economically self-sufficient and making consistent child support payments.

Provides grants to community and technical colleges and community-based organizations to implement customized job training programs for customers eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) in cooperation with employers.
