“Congratulations to Richland College, Dallas County Manufacturers’ Association, Garland Chamber of Commerce and Greater Dallas Workforce Solutions on this grant which will provide training to eight local manufacturing employers and help maintain a highly skilled workforce,” said TWC Commissioner Representing Employers Aaron Demerson. “This investment is perfect example of a win-win situation.
